Studio One Hundred is dedicated to working with our suppliers to bring you, the customer, the greatest online shopping experience. Customer service is our passion and if you have any comments you wish to relate back to us regarding your product purchases, Studio One Hundred will be happy to hear from you.
All goods supplied by Studio One Hundred are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party use, otherwise than as recommended by the Manufacturer. Failure to follow the Manufacturer’s instructions, and or any alteration or repair carried out that is deemed to be unauthorised will result in such warranty being void.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify Studio One Hundred immediately by telephone or in writing via e-mail. Please see our contact page for details.
Because a lot of Studio One Hundred's products are handmade, there may be slight variances between the images displayed on the website and the actual product. Studio One Hundred however, is committed to maintaining a standard that reflects the product's true value and intentions of the product's manufacture. If upon receiving the product, you (the customer), are not entirely satisfied regarding the product supplied or the description and image on the website, providing the product has not been used, then Studio One Hundred will be happy to either replace the product with an alternative or offer store credit and arrange return shipment.
Delivery of goods is carried out by a number of parcel carriers. When placing an order please ensure that the correct delivery address is supplied and that a phone number is provided for couriers. All orders where products are in stock, are shipped within one working day of an order being placed. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please sign for the parcel as “DAMAGED”. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
Due to the specialty of our products, those products that are handmade require lead times if not in stock. Upon receiving the customer order, studio One Hundred will notify the customer if any issues arise with the dispatching of the product, and an alternative or refund can be made available if you are not prepared to wait.
Studio One Hundred really hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your new purchases and that you never have to return a product to ourselves. But in the unlikely event of it happening, Studio One Hundred will give a complete refund, replacement or store credit to the value of the purchase within 30 days of original purchase, providing the product has not been used. Shipping costs can not be recovered.

Studio One Hundred can not accept the return of products that have been used or opened, unless faulty under the warranty condition outlined in these terms and conditions.
